A WEEK OF WORKING FROM HOME - 5 CASUAL LOOKS
Never have I thought in my wildest dream that there would come a time when everyone, I mean EVERYONE would be working from home!
That been said, I mostly WFH for several reasons. One being that I run my own online business. And secondly, at times I don’t feel like spending 2,40 Euros on a cup of coffee in a cafe.
But, I do like to wear clothes that are not just my sweatpants or pyjamas. I do like to look put together in the mornings even while WFH. There is a pure logic behind this. When you leave your pyjamas and wear ‘real’ clothes, it kind of tricks your brain, which leads to more productivity. Also, I don’t have to change whenever I have an online call/meeting.
So, this post I will introduce few comfy yet put together outfits that you can wear while WFH.
INVEST IN GOOD CO-ORDS
These white co-ord set is from ZARA. It is quite affordable and extremely comfortable. I have been practically living in them since the time I got them. They are practical as well because I can run an errand wearing these. You can wear them together and seperately. I am always on a look out for a good co-ord set and these ones are JACKPOT!
OVERSIZED TEE & WIDE LEGGED TROUSERS
T-shirts are first thing that comes to our minds when we think of loungewear. An oversized t-shirt paired with high waist wide legged trousers can make you look relaxed as well as dressy in subtle way.
I went for a green paisley trousers. These are 100% polyesters, so they are relaxed fit and quite flow-y.
LINEN SHIRT
Best thing that you can invest in for summers. An oversized white linen shirt! I usually prefer button downs but this time I went for open v-neck style. It gives such a relaxed vibe. If you are someone who looks for comfort first, linen is a good choice for you. It’s breathable and its creasing is acceptable and part of the whole vibe. Linen shirts are perfect cover ups as well if you are on a beach vacation.
LONG ANTI FIT MAXI DRESSES
These are God sent, trust me on that! I always get few anti fit dresses for summers. You can also go for A-line long kurta but the key is to get a size bigger. This season my love is this belowey black dress from H&M. They are perfect while WFH and yet you can pair them up with your trainers or tan flat sandals and you are ready to go out.
I have included few other looks as well in my recent video. You can have a look if you are interested.
