LOOK OF THE WEEK- LAST OF SUMMER 2020
For this week, I am introducing this single breasted blazer from H&M store. It’s an oversized fit and as you all must have guessed by now, I love styling oversized pieces. Since, its quite easy to layer a jumper inside when the temperatures drop in span of months.
The reason for choosing this particular colour was it’s versatility. I am confident enough to style this blazer in innumerable ways and it has the potential to be a staple piece in my A/W wardrobe.
For reference, I am 5ft2 and it comes just below by bum and sometimes i just want to cover that area and this does the job perfectly. There is something about oversized clothing, if styled correctly it can look really expensive!
I refuse to pack away these black chunky sandals yet. I know, a lot of you must be really bored seeing them time and again, but its how much I love these and worn them throughout summer months. That’s the beauty of having a capsule wardrobe for seasons, there are always some pieces you know you love and trust so you wear them repeatedly.
I have styled the blazer with animal print silk bias skirt which is at-least 2 years old if not more. For accessories, I chose the same quilted tan bag which I featured in my last blog post, for jewellery I went with same combination I always wear. They are linked at the end of this post.
